What a year it has been! Backflip has grown significantly and it's been a joy discovering new locations, meeting new people, and taking photos of some of the nicest (and good-looking) folks on the planet!
With the new year comes a few, small (and super exciting) changes for Backflip Photography. First of all, my loving husband has graciously bought me a brand new camera, which is exceedingly better than the one I was using when this whole thing started.
As a result, you will notice a slight (and I do mean slight) price change for the Basic Package, now known as the Backflip Package. It is now $125 (originally $100). With this change, you'll notice an even higher-quality image and more of them! Instead of 15-20 edited images, you will now receive 20-25.
With that being said, if you book a session before January 31st, I will offer the Basic Package at its original price. Your session does NOT have to take place by January 31st, but just be scheduled by that date.
Also, I have officially added wedding packages! The specifics on those packages are available under the "prices and products" link. I am extremely excited about this, as I feel I now have the proper equipment and experience that can lend themselves to capturing your special day in a way that will make you smile for years to come.
In addition to taking on wedding photography, yours truly is now an official student of the New York Institute of Photography. Yes, I already have training in photography, but it's my philosophy that one must never stop learning! I will be taking these classes to really hone in on my craft in order to make sure that I am doing all I can to take the best possible photographs of you and your loved ones.
I have also gotten a lot of inquiries as to whether or not I take pet portraits. The answer is yes! I will also take photos of your 100 acres, your artwork, your tattoos, your small business, your private plane, your church, your Great Aunt Gertrude...you get the idea. I'd like to be known as your "personal photographer." If you want pictures of *insert anything here*, I can do them.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this venture over the past year. You all have been wonderful and I do hope we meet again. Blessings and love for this new year. Happy 2010!
Cheers!
Cassandra
